Tasting Notes
Restrained fragrance of stone fruit. Nik Weis has dispensed of descriptors like trocken or feinherb, although this delightfully fresh and lively Riesling with its delicate pitch of residual sugar, citrusy fruit and animating acidity does fall into the off-dry category.
