Tasting Notes
Aromatic field blend. This playful skins driven wine hails from sunny Gisborne, dominantly farmed by the Maestro that is James Millton and his team but also fleshed out with Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay that we fermented in our huge Totara cask. Skins work floats all the way up to 4m contact but on average gentle extraction has delivered a wine of juicy density and immediate appeal.
