Tasting Notes
Made from organically grown fruit and aged eight months in French oak, this approachably priced Pinot offers notions of wild cherry, raspberry, mulberry, spice and cedar. There's good presence and flavour intensity here and gracefully firm tannins on the finish. Enjoy this wine with charcuterie or cold roast beef sandwiches and beetroot salad.
