Tasting Notes
Clear, ruby colour. Young nose with dark fruit aromas, such as plums, interposed by floral nuances from geranium and very discrete vanilla notes resulting from the period in the wood. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, with notes of dark plums, awarding it a set of balanced acidity and soft tannins, with a fresh and persistent finish. Serving temperature: 15 to 17 �c. Excellent with poultry, meat, smoked sausage, cheeses and some fish.
