Henry of Pelham Cabernet Franc Icewine 2010: A pretty, pale, cranberry colour, this is a vibrant scrumptious wine offering aromas and flavours of homemade strawberry-rhubarb jam, raspberry, fresh floral notes and a whiff of sweet vanilla. Tangy and sweet, in perfect counterpoint, the lively acidity assures the fresh texture with the depth and richness of fruit delivering a luscious smooth finish that leaves a gentle residual warmth. Delicious, so sip it on its own, or if you must, serve it with a cranberry pecan tart. Score: 4 1/2 Stars (out of 5) (Susan Desjardins, winecurrent.com, Nov. 12, 2011)
Henry Of Pelham Riesling Icewine 2010: This is a delicate lemon gold with lifted aromas of baked lemon, with ripe white peach, stewed pear plus some celery and honey tones. It is finely balanced with beautiful acidity to counter the honeyed sweetness. It is light on the palate and the length is excellent. Try baked apple or pear tart.
