Seriously Twisted takes Flat Rock's popular Twisted wine and, well - twists it. Just like the original, the Seriously Twisted is a proprietary blend of several white varieties, but unlike its refreshing cousin, the grapes for this wine are barrel fermented, and vinified and aged separately in French oak barrels rather than in stainless steel tanks. The result is a seriously fascinating, aromatic wine with extra body and texture. Try with roast chicken, or pasta in a cream sauce.
