Tasting Notes
A blend across both North and South facing slopes at the Bull Swamp Vineyard. The South facing component always gives the strength and shoulders of the wine with the North facing component giving all of the class. Aromatically it gives a generous helping of fresh stone fruit and cream leaning back into a very generous yet structured palate.
