It may seem hard to believe today, but in the 1960s, Viognier was teetering on the brink of extinction; Prior to 1990, California had virtually no Viognier vines. This wine is lush, tropical and crisp, with apricot, honeysuckle and vanilla. Long, balanced and refined. Try it with grilled chicken or spicy ribs.
