Description
An excellent example of the medium-sweetness style of Alsatian Pinot Gris. Aromas suggest yellow plum, pear and smoke. It is round, ripe, and full bodied with a medium-long finish. Enjoy it with smoked fish, Muenster cheese or honey-and-lemon-marinated chicken breast.

Tasting Notes
The Gisselbrecht family has produced wines in Alsace since the 17th century. This ripe, rich, nearly-off-dry Pinot Gris serves up pretty notions of peach, yellow plum and candied grapefruit with a gentle nutty note and a citrus-zesty finish. Sip with carnitas or ginger pork.
