Description
Crafted from the classic pairing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this is made using the traditional method, in which the second fermentation takes place in the individual bottle. This will have a creamy mouthfeel with complex, layered toast and vanilla custard elegantly integrated with the floral and fruity tones. Expect it to be sophisticated and long, with superb depth and character.

Tasting Notes
This traditional method chardonnay spent 18 months on lees, and is disgorged with 4.6 g/L RS just before leaving the winery. Green apple, biscuit, lemon, lees, rule the streamline palate, layered with ample minerality, which finishes with a limestone buzz. Impressive. Score - 90.
