Tasting Notes
Aromas of earthy cherry, raspberry, new leather and a touch of dark cocoa echo nicely in the flavours of this wine, which is more robust than many German Pinots yet still quite elegant. Hints of red grapefruit and rhubarb emerge on the tangy, structured finish. Enjoy this with cured meats or red cabbage salads. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2015)
