Tasting Notes
Not yet bottled and tasted out of tank ... Inky purple in color, it possesses a nicely focused bouquet of black and blue fruits, pepper and crushed rock-like minerality that flows to a medium to full-bodied, concentrated and balanced mouthfeel. Possessing juicy acidity and fine tannin, it should be ready to go on release, yet evolve gracefully for 5-7 years. Score - 89-91. (Jeb Dunnuck, erobertparker.com, April 2014)
