Description
Domaine Gayda embodies the spirit of renewal and reassertion that has become the defining characteristic of modern Languedoc winemaking. Founders Tim Ford and Anthony Record designed the winery to include a first-class restaurant and cellar door much like estates in South Africa, where the two met in 2003. Their winemaker, Vincent Chansault, is considered one of the most dynamic winemakers in the Languedoc. Gayda's vineyards are situated on some of the oldest sites in the region and will soon all be certified organic.
