Tasting Notes
A light toasty note sits atop the plum and currant fruit for now, with alder and juniper accents lining the slightly taut finish. Seems rather tight and backward today, featuring a plum skin edge that holds sway on the finish. Shows good stuffing for the vintage. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Carmenère. Tasted non-blind. Score - 89-92. (James Molesworth, winespectator.com)
