Tasting Notes
This wine is named for southern Portugal's Sobro cork oak forest, which is one of the most diverse ecosystems in the world. A blend of Aragonez (Tempranillo) with Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, it's aged for six months in French oak barrels to create a complex, structured wine suggesting red and dark berries, earth and spices. Pair with ca�oila (Portuguese beef stew) or steak.
