Tasting Notes
This Chenin Blanc-based fizz has an attractive nose of lanolin, apple, peach, citrus zest and a kiss of caramel. Crisp and fresh on the palate with lip-smacking acidity and brilliant lively bubbles. Orchard fruit shines on the mid-palate and finish. A great seafood bubbly, especially with a seafood salad. (VINTAGES panel, April 2012)
