Tasting Notes
The Staff family 'mountain bell' is a very rare cold-weather bell made in Birmingham England in 1869. Of the 500 produced, just 50 were destined for Canada. This wine is an exciting find in its own right, with velvety tannins wrapped around a core of juicy blackcurrant, cherry and plum. There's also a touch of smoky oak from 20 months in barrel. Pair with pan-seared duck or roast game.
