Tasting Notes
Traditionally made sparkling wines are for more than just great parties (although we love those too). Good bubblies like this pretty-in-pink Crémant from Burgundy are incredibly food-friendly. The pale pink colour leads to aromas of dried cherries, cranberry and apples. It's dry with a moderate mousse, juicy fruit flavours along with mineral and baked bread notions, with a long and refreshing finish. Pop and serve alongside baked salmon or hors d'oeuvres.
