Tasting Notes
Made from honey produced by bees that had spent their days on wildflowers, then aged eight months in neutral barrels, this mead has clear aromas and subtle flavours of honey. But it's not nearly as sweet. Think of it as having many of the qualities of a late-harvest wine, but without the intensity, and enjoy it chilled with less-sweet desserts or with blue cheese or foie gras.
