Tasting Notes
Paso Robles is known for big, plush red wines, and this one doesn't disappoint. Oodles of jammy red and black cherry fruit meet with charred wood and peppery spice notes, with the latter really amping up on the finish. Solid tannins support all the heft and power nicely, and a juicy undercurrent of acidity keeps things bright and balanced. Perfect for pizza or burgers. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2019)
