Tasting Notes
Black Hills' Alibi is all very punchy and animated conveying, above all, its Sauvignon Blanc foundation. In this vintage, Semillon only accounts for 15% of the blend. Cool grassy and even pyrazine notes introduce the wine but there is a warmth demonstrated by fleshy nectarine and tropical guava fruit on the bold, bright palate.
