This Pinot from one of the Languedoc's great champions, G�rard Bertrand, hails from the foothills of the Pyrenees in the Haute Vall�e de l'Aude: a growing area that has a climate similar to that of Burgundy. It's an aromatic, spicy wine with juicy red fruit that would pair beautifully with pork chops or cedar-planked salmon.
