Tasting Notes
This big, rich Zinfandel takes fruit grown in high-altitude vineyards in Lake County and ages the resulting wine in emptied Bourbon barrels for three months. It promises huge flavours of berry preserves, spice cake and smoky caramel, all in a velvety, balanced wine. Pour with maple-glazed pork ribs and blackened-corn salad.
