Tasting Notes
The 2020 Prosecco Ros� Millesimato Brut is feminine and perfumed, scents of crushed stone giving way to sweet florals and nuances of spice. A silken bead of fine bubbles fills the senses with notes of ripe strawberry and cherry, coming across as pliant and fruity, while coloring within the lines of balance. Although delicate and shorter than expected, this finishes with a mouthwatering hint of sour lime that keeps you coming back to the glass. Drinking window: 2021-2022. Score - 89.
