Tasting Notes
Fruit for this wine is grown on estate vineyards and a neighbouring farm belonging to a long-time friend of the estate's owners. After sorting and vinification, the wine is matured in traditional 228-litre oak barrels (Francois Frères and Berthomieu), 40% of which are new. Expect notions of violets, cherries and Asian spices and drink through 2030.
