Tasting Notes
The Gruet family have been growing Champagne in the commune of Buxeuil since 1670. Theirs is a traditionally styled bubbly that balances fruit intensity, toasty accents, brilliant acidity and lively mousse. This 2012 vintage was made from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Sip it through 2024 with breaded lake fish or buttery seafood.
