Tasting Notes
The Riesling that makes up the majority of this wine underwent partial appassimento, bringing additional weight to the blend that includes Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The result is a zesty, exciting, easy-drinking, dynamic sparkling rosé with tart green apple, cherry, watermelon and citrus. This will cellar for 2+ years, or chill and sip tonight on its own or with grilled foods.
