Description
Sourced from an east-facing site and from vines over 30 years old, this is a wine that always demonstrates Chablis's characteristic crispness and minerality. Look for a wine with citrus and peach notes and a sharply detailed saline minerality. This will be superb with seafood dishes, but will also have the presence for pairing with roast chicken.

Tasting Notes
A slightly riper nose flirts with exotic fruit in the form of apricot, white peach and just enough classic Chablis character to be convincing. There is once again very good mid-palate density to the attractively textured medium weight flavors that coat the palate with dry extract, all wrapped in a saliva-inducing, dry and sneaky long finish.
