This wine shows inviting, evocative, high-toned floral notes, with delicate aromatic foreshadowing of the ginger spice flavour to come. Look for pineapple, citrus and tropical flavours and, of course, that wonderful ginger note. Enjoy this now with spicy grilled fish.
