The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Vau de Vey (Maison) offers up a fragrant bouquet of citrus oil and orange blossom, followed by a medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural palate with good concentration, chewy extract and bright acids, concluding with a long and perfumed finish.
