Château la Grolet is certified both organic and biodynamic. This 2009 (a great vintage in Bordeaux) is a blend of mostly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon playing sideman. Look for pretty aromas of raspberry, cherry, leather and cocoa. The tannins are velvety, but still giving fine balance to the wine. Try it tonight with roast beef or grilled lamb; it will also continue to improve in cellar for another 3-5+ years. Our Quality Assurance Laboratory has determined that this wine contains 6 mg/L
