Tasting Notes
This calvados was aged for 4 to 8 years in fine French oak barrels, followed by 14 months in bourbon casks. Lovely golden amber colour. The nose shows apple pie, vanilla, sweet oak and toffee with perfumed floral and spice notes. The palate is lightly sweet with warm apple, spice, custard and oak flavours. Serve neat.
